My continued quest to help others reach their potential is what inspired me to train as a leadership/executive coach with Steve Jobs ex-coach, John Mattone in Intelligent Leadership. John is frequently considered the world’s number one executive coach.
The Intelligent Leadership model is focussed on developing your knowledge more so of your inner (ie values, beliefs, purpose) and lesser so, your outer core (ie strategic thinking, creativity, team building). Its also the only assessment I know that also measures your leadership maturity.
