I empower hundreds of clients locally and globally to reset, dive deeper and move forward. I’m here to coach, mediate, inform, inspire and support your aspirations. Founded in 2017 in China with a focus on women in leadership, then rebranded in Australia 2019 to include mediation and career recalibrations, Goodman Solutions is 100% founder-owned and highly dedicated to you.

If you want to elevate your thinking, your mindset or require an intervention with dealing with conflict, developing your leadership skills or support with your career, then you need Suzanne as a coach or mediator.

I am an optimist. Where others see conflict as detrimental, I see it as a growth opportunity. I tell people to lean in. When others struggle to have confidence in delivering a difficult conversation, my expertise and creativity is like a compass that points them in a new direction.

Conflict is never easy, but it can be viewed differently, managed respectfully, proactively and in alignment with your company values and purpose. My role helps guide you to ask, “what if?”

What I love about what I do is that I get to help people every day to make connections, strategize, find balance, attain goals, resolve conflict and live a life that is more aligned to their vision and uniqueness. Sincerity, excellence, and creativity are some of the qualities I bring to everything that I do.

Behind the person are many roles – I am a small business owner, a wife, a daughter, a stepmother and grandmother etc. In my spare time I have a strong belief that focussing on giving back to my local and global community is critical, particularly supporting the development of leaders for today and tomorrow.

I volunteer as a mentor for the Australian Institute of Management (AIM WA) and the Western Australian Aboriginal Leadership Institute (WALI), specifically the Yorga Djenna Bidi Aboriginal Women’s Leadership Program. I am an international wave changer as part of the Female Wale of Change (FWoC), leading immersive leadership programs for women in Perth WA (coming in 2021!). In the weekends you can find me living a integrated life paddle boarding, travelling, wining and dining with my husband and friends, indulging in interior designing and pampering animals.
